A ‘witch’s broom’ form, selected from ‘Bloodgood’. Vigorous and stiffly-upright when young, becoming bushy and compact with maturity. Leaves are a vibrant, deep-rich-red when young, pertly held and contrasting nicely against the rich-dark, black-red mature foliage. Autumn tones are showy bright red shades. 2.5 metres .
